I love photography! I have always been passionate about photography and and after planning my own wedding, I became aware how much I LOVED everything about weddings. It then dawned on me to pair my passion for photography with my love for weddings to create a wedding photography business. I attended photography and photoshop classes to further my knowledge and gain experience before opening Jennifer Detar Photography in 2007. Great images are not only captured, but made through the use of photo enhancing tools. I use these tools to create unique images which I believe set me apart!

Amy joined the team in 2007 as a second shooter. Amy is such a fabulous addition and an amazing photographer! Like Jennifer, she always had a love for photography. When she is not shooting weddings with Jenn, she stays busy with Family and Children’s portraits. Amy has two daughters of her own and is wonderful with kids! (This gift comes in handy when photographing flower girls and ring bearers!) Inquire within if you are interested in having Amy shoot your next family or child’s portraits!
